All connection bolts on Industrial Buildings are High Tensile. The Engineer specifies these to maintain the structural integrity of the building. These are industrial quality and NOT like competitors low tensile bolts which can be obtained from a hardware store. This bolting process is better than some competitors welded joints as there is no rusting or weak spots created.

Roof Pitch angles are available in a larger range than your competitors ( up to 30 degrees). This enables the building to be matched to existing structures. Buildings can also be different, match their environment and be pleasing to the eye.

All buildings under 9m span have strap type bracing but unlike others, we supply bracing tensioners. Over 9m we supply heavy duty wire rope bracing with anchor plates and turnbuckle tensioners. The addition of the tensioners makes the bracing far more effective and maintains structural integrity. Erection is also quicker and easier.

Hardware2u has a standard roller door width of 2.5m making it easier for you to access your building. Competitors generally use 2.4m wide. All industrial roller doors are standard supplied as big as possible for the bay they are in.
