Product are shipped within Australia only. If you would like product shipped internationally then please contact us. International shipping will judged on case-by-case bases.
Wherever possible we ship orders via Australia Post or Startrak Express. For larger items we do use other freight companies. We do this to ensure the most competitive price available. Also please note for some larger items, remote deliveries may not be possible. If this is the case you will be notified to discuss alternative options or your money returned.
Delivery Times
Products are stocked in our vary warehouses and will be dispatched within 4 working (unless otherwise stated in the product description) days from payment date. Occasionally due to reasons beyond our control product may be out of stock delaying dispatch. If product is out of stock customer will be notified by email within 2 working days. Shipping times vary from product to product, however most products are received within 3 to 5 days from shippment.
Freight Charges
Due to the nature of these products freight can vary greatly. Your postage & handling will be worked out upon the completion of your order. If you are happy with the postage & handle you will then you can proceed with your order confirmation.
