Shade Sail Square & Rectangle Fixing Kit Stainless Steel This fix kit is used to fix Square & Rectangle shade sails. All products are made from premium quality 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel.
Why Use Stainless Steel. These sizes are suitable for large sails, the Turnbuckle having a maximum breaking strain of 2300 kg's.

Shade Sails are attached to free standing uprights (or suitable existing structures) with Stainless Steel fixing points and therefore do not have any form of structural roofing support.
Shade Sail fixing posts ideally should be set at least at two alternate heights (This is to ensure that the sail does not trap water). Generally a square or rectangular shaped Sail will require two higher and two lower fixing points, with posts of equal height set at diagonally opposite corners.
